How long does shipping take?

All orders are shipped via USPS. Generally, after processing (1-2 business days) it takes 3-5 business days for a package to arrive.

*Note: If billing and shipping do not match, your order will be delayed.

How do I use my discount code?

Discount codes can be used on all applicable orders. All coupon codes must be entered into the order prior to checkout completion. Only one offer or promotional code can be used per order. Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer. Once an order has been placed our team is unable to retroactively add discounts to an order.

My package says delivered, but I don’t see it.

If you do not see your package, we ask that you contact USPS by phone at 1-800-275-8777, or HERE, with your tracking number.

Can I return something that I don’t like?

For sanitary purposes, all sales are final. Replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis, E.g. damaged item.
